in Ergänzung zu @muc80337_2 's Beitrag, sehe bitte in “Weiterleitung“ nach, ob da eine Adresse vermerkt ist, die Du nicht kennst.
Wenn Du beim Senden einer E-Mail an Dich selbst keine Fehlermeldung erhältst und die E-Mail trotzdem nicht ankommt, ist für Dein E-Mail-Zugang wahrscheinlich eine Weiterleitung aktiv.
Schau mal in den Einstellungen des E-Mail-Centers (kleines Zahnrad oben rechts):

Schritte:
- den vermutlich befallenen Rechner vom Netz nehmen
- von einem dritten - "sauberen" - Rechner alle relevanten Passwörter ändern.
Das sind: Persönliches Kennwort, Passwort, E-Mail-Passwort
Das Persönliche Kennwort muß auch im Router angepasst werden.
- ersten Rechner mit guter Antiviren-Software auf Befall untersuchen und bereinigen
