I need help with someone who speaks English

I transferred my service on my Telekom modem I have confirmation of payment but I still have no service, I've called several times and the numbers just keep hanging up. My service was working prior to today but the service belonged to the previous person who lived in this house. I connected my telekom modem to his service but now I have transferred the service to my account. Am I doing something wrong or do I need to be patient or is there a step I'm missing?

    If Hotline 0800 300 1000 is of no help because of language issues, I suggest yout to fill your contact details into your profile page so one of the team will be able to check up with you. (btw no one outside the team is able to read your data)

    It ist not clear to me...

    If the connection was working o.k. until yesterday with login data of the previous person - and if it does not work anymore with your login data, then there seems to be a problem with your login data.

     

    Are they for the new address or are you simply reusing login data from your previous address?

    Is this about an entirely new Telekom contract or have you ordered to move an existing contract from your old address to the new one?

     

    Please, elaborate...
