Hallo @berndudowust nein das ist leider nicht möglich gelöscht ist gelöscht wenn du nicht eine Sicherung angelegt haben solltest.

Hallo,
das ist so nicht ganz richtig. Wenn man einen Mailclient wie z.B. Thunderbird nutzt und den Papierkorb nach dem Löschen nicht komprimiert, sind die gelöschten Mails Teilweise wieder herstellbar...das nur am Rande.
