Telekom mail Gmail synch

Ich habe heute mein gMail-Konto mit meinem T-online-Konto synchronisieren wollen  um meine eMails zu übertragen. Ich habe dabei die emails vom Telekomserver gelöscht !!! Wie bekomme ich meine emails wieder von Gmail zurück zu meinem Telekom account ?

      Du richtest beide in einem E-Mail Programm über IMAP4 ein und kopierst die Mails zurück.
