About the termination of the contract

Hello,
on 13th October, the telecom salesmen have come on the apartment door and sold me a 300 Mbits/s glasfibre contract and I have still not received the "Eingangsbestätigung" and I do not want to continue. I want to terminate my contract with telecome.
I have also send an email regarding the termination to widerruf@telekom.de and then I have received an automatic no reply email answer that it cannot be done since they are asking for customer and application number which I do not have.
Could you please help me in that regard?

Thank you for answering. I have read that complete case, but in that case the customer already had customer number and application number. I have none of those. So, I could not fill that form completely, as these fields were mandatory fields. But still thanks very much.

if you're already in contact with someone, it would be best to wait out the support from that person. So it won't get confusing.
