Appointment for Internet Installation

I just moved to a new city and already had my Telekom Internet contract moved with me to my new address. I had a technician come to my new address to set up my internet on 03.07.25, but he was unable to find the Telekom DSL box. He then left and told me Telekom would contact me again for further arrangements. Telekom didn't reach out to me, and I found the box later that afternoon myself.
I called Telekom customer service on 04.07.25, trying to get a new appointment for a technician to come and set up the internet. The customer service told me that he cannot directly arrange an appointment, but has informed the technician, who will later call me to arrange an appointment on the same day.
However, I didn't receive any calls from then on, and I still don't have any internet connection. I wonder how I can have a new appointment asap so that I can use the internet at my new apartment, as I'm already paying the fees.

I just received my Internet bill for July this morning, which showed I'm still paying for MegantaZuHause L at 48.9 euros.
But according to my talk with Telekom before moving to my new address, I should be paying for MegantZuHause M since July.
I wonder what's wrong with my contract?
