Cloudflare enabled websites are not working

vor 3 Stunden

Hi,

I am using the Deutsche Telekom network with the public IP range 91.48.12.x/24, and I am experiencing problems accessing websites such as cloudflare.com, udemy.com, and linkedin.com. These websites respond extremely slowly.

On the other hand, websites that are not using Cloudflare CDNs work completely fine. Because of this, I suspect there may be an issue between Cloudflare and this IP pool. At the moment, I cannot even access Cloudflare’s own website, so I have to use VPN to reach it.

In the attachment, you will find ping test results that clearly show packet loss and very high round-trip times. I am unsure whom to report this issue to. Telekom claims that my internet connection is fine, which is partially true because apart from Cloudflare enabled websites, everything else (Facebook, YouTube, Hotmail, Gmail, etc.) works perfectly.

is anyone else is facing this problem and how to solve this problem?

This is all well known and has been discussed here several times. Unfortunately, you will not find a solution, as Telekom does not see the problem as being on their end. Unfortunately, you can only use a VPN or change providers.

I believe if someone from Telekom discusses this issue directly with the Cloudflare team then we can find a solution. Blaming each other will never lead to a result. I hope Telekom take up this issue seriously.

The issue between Cloudflare and Telekom is age-old. It's about money. Nothing will change anytime soon. Just search the internet. I bet you'll find what you're looking for quickly.

      Hello @junaid,

welcome to our community. Thank you for your post here.

Telekom has no influence over the routes service providers use to route their traffic to our network.
In principle, sufficient capacity is available. Temporary disruptions may occur if external partners change their traffic routes.
Our networks are stable – we are also in constant communication with partners to ensure that data is exchanged smoothly at the various network levels.

      Best regards,
      Kathrin
