Confused on status of my order - need english assistance

Hello,

I signed up for an internet tarife with Telekom, and am supposed to have a technician come tomorrow, which still shows in my account details. However, I also received a letter in the mail stating that my contract was cancelled. I am confused and would love some clarity on what is happening. I tried to call the hotline, and they gave me the non-functional english hotline number (0800 33 01080). How can I get some assistance on this?
