Delayed fiber installation – request for complimentary solution with LTE/5G router

Hello Telekom Team,

my installation for glas fiber was moved from 25 Sept to 8 Oct. I must work from home and have no fixed-line internet until then; my mobile data is limited.

Please provide a complimentary interim solution ( LTE / 5G router with sufficient/unlimited data) until my line is active. The delay was not caused by me.
