E0 error smart 4 plus

Hi! I would prefer to use phone support, but unfortunately don't speak German. 

I'm trying to establish fiber optic connection via Speedport Smart 4 Plus router I just received,  but I can't pass trough the initial phase due to E0 error on router (no cable connection?). I was trying everything like: reconnecting, resetting and so on, nothing works. Cable also  is not broken  or bended.

    In addition to the previous: is it technically possible to replace this trendy router with a “square” one without a table stand, because smart 4 does not fit into the wall-mounted connection box that I have in my apartment?

    Thats OK.

    Yes I had technicians yesterday. They fixed the optic fibed cable connection as I understood. I was not able to check the connection, because my activation link was an outdated, and I received the new one just this morning.

    Now everything works  fine,  connection is fast and stable so far. Thank you!

     

    But I have few questions:

     

    1. I received 2 service invoices 199 each. It is not duplication, they have different invoice numbers. Should pay for technican services? Actually I expected that I will simply connect my router to cable I will get my internet, as far as I Telecom declared availability of optic connection in my apartment. But By now I owe 400 euro :*-) 
    2. In Telecom App now I have 2 contracts (or orders) : both unconfirmed. How to confirm them,  and which one?
