English help - Cancelation of prepaid and setup Gültigkeitsdatum Opt-in

I am trying to call the mobile hotline. But even though it is an "english" no english spoken.

 

I am trying to transfer my prepaid phone to another provider. The provider told me " expiration date opt-in" is not set. And they get rejections of the porting request.

 

Please I would like your help on that! and I have spent numerous hours waiting on the mobile hotline, where always nobody speaks english
