Erneute Rechnung juli 2020

vor 5 Jahren

Hallo liebe Telekom,

hatte meine Vertrag zum 09.06.20 fristgemäss gekündigt und auch eine Kündigungsbestätigung erhalten.Meine Frage warum muss ich jetzt noch mal 20,88 Euro bezahlen obwohl ich keine Leistung in Anspruch genommen habe und der Vertrag bereits gekündigt ist.Auf der Rechnung steht nur das Buchungskonto 56xxx.Meine Kundennummer des gekündigten Anschlusses sh.unten

      Hallo @sphinxbased  zunächst mal bitte deine perönlichen Daten löschen, das ist ein öffentliches Forum!

      Das wird dann mit der Schlussrechnung wieder tag genau gutgeschrieben! Keine Angst!

      Auf der Rechnung steht auf der zweiten Seite eine Aufstellung. 

      Was steht denn genau dort? 

      Ansonsten kann es auch einfach eine Überschneidung zwischen Kündigung und Rechnung gegeben haben. Dann würde nächsten Monat die Abschlussrechnung folgen.

      hi danke für die schnelle antwort.anbei ein screenshot.....aber glaub ist alles klar.scheint für den übergangszeitraum zu sein und somit die abschlussrechnung oder???

      Hallo @sphinxbased,

      für mich sieht die Rechnung korrekt aus. Auf der Rechnung erfolgte die anteilige Berechnung für für die Juni Tage.
