Fiber optic dose!!!

Hello,
i have moved to a new apartment and I have found out that fiber optic modem is already connected in an apartment with fiber optic wire, but I cannot find the fiber optic dose to activate my internet. I have looked for everywhere possible. I have seen in keller, meter box but didn’t find any dose. Please help me out on this as helpline are not picking up my call and on chat they always redirect to other agent which never comes for long waiting.
help me on this, I am attaching the picture for reference.

This is the fiber optic modem which is not used anymore for new contracts.
Please contact Telekom at 0800 2266100 and tell them you have the old version of the Modem. (Klapp-TA) You need the visit of a technician with a GF-TA to connect either a new Glasfaser-Modem 2 which you can buy and any router or a FritzBox fiber with integrated fiber modem.

but they are saying that you need to cancelled the contract and make a new order why can't they use my current contract and visit of technician not possible for the old order, which literally wasted my time a lot.

@Ferdi A. , das ist kein Klapp-TA, sondern ein Glasfasermodem1. vielleicht kann @Buster01 was dazu sagen

as we discussed on the phone, you can see from the photos that this is an old construction. A new fiber optic socket needs to be installed on the order. As you have now concluded a new contract via Check24 and would like to wait for this, you are welcome to contact us at any time if we can take action.

I hope you are doing great,
As I have received the appointment for the new fiber optic dose connection in my apartment, but I haven't received the contract confirmation from the telekom yet. When should I expect to get the contract?
Secondly, will I receive the activation email on the day of the fiber optic dose connection so that I can test the connection of fiber optic and If any problem arise so that technician can have a look into it.
Can you please look into this Matter !!!

Hello @Vish96,
on April 3rd and April 5th we sent the documents with the tariff and the prizes via email to you.
After the technician has installed the new glass fiber socket and stuck the new Home ID on it, you'll get an email with the activation link. But normally it takes a few hours, so the technician will be away by then.
But the technician will test if the line gets a signal, so you can be sure that there's no problem with the cables.
