Fritzbox 5530 nachträglich anschließen

Hallo,

 

gestern war ein Telekom Techniker bei uns und hat sich geweigert die Fritzbox 5530 direkt an den Glasfaseranschluss anzuschließen. Ich sagte ich möchte aber den 2,5GB/s Anschluss dieser Fritzbox nutzen - Daraufhin empfahl er mir die Fritzbox 7590 zu nutzen.

 

Da er sich weigerte und mir eine Alternative vorschlug habe ich mich überreden lassen das Telekom Modem anzuschließen und on dort in den WAN Anschluss der Fritzbox weiter zu gehen. 

 

Nun habe ich jetzt herausgefunden, dass die 7590 gar keinen 2,5GB/S Anschlusshat. Die Hotline hat mir nicht weiter helfen wollen bzw. Nur einen weiteren kostenpflichtigen Techniker Termin angeboten.

 

Ich bin sehr enttäuscht von diesem Techniker und der Weigerung sowie der Falschaussage. Gerne möchte ich nun das Telekom Modem abhängen und die Fritzbox 5530 doch direkt an die Glasfaser anbinden. Können Sie mir mit den Codes / Löschen des Modems auf Ihrer Seite bitte weiterhelfen?

    Falls das mit dem Klonen der Seriennummer vom ONT nicht klappt, kann das Team auch ein Rediscovery durchführen. Vorteil beim Klonen: Du kannst das  ONT  im Falle von Problemen mit der 5530 wieder anschließen, ohne dass ein erneutes Rediscovery nötig ist.

     

    Sollte dir der Techniker nicht mal die ONT -Kennung dagelassen haben, musst du trotzdem noch aufs Team warten. Deine Daten sind ja zum Glück schon im Profil drin.

    ich probiere das mit dem klonen der SN und wenn ich scheitere, frage ich hier das Team noch mal nach einem rediscovery.

Use of Utiq technology powered by your telecom operator
