Get a service from check24 - no credential - Get an English support

Hi there,
So I get the service from Check24 and the order has been passed I get multiple emails from dutche telekom but none of them had my credentials to log in to the panel. anyway, I registered again and couldn't find an appropriate option to add my contract since I only ordered internet and there was no option specified for that. Also tried the hotline but as soon as I spoke in English the operator hung up
It would be nice if there was a place where I could contact English support (tried all other numbered that provided here with no luck)
Anyway, I want to activate my internet connection sooner than what I selected before and also have a couple of questions about how and when would you guys send the router since I couldn't find this info on the emails.
