Help with Set up a fiber optic connection

Hello,
I'm writing because my new fiber optic connection was activated yesterday, but no technician came for the installation.
To complete the activation, the online portal is asking for a fiber ID. I've looked everywhere in my apartment but can't find it.
Could you please let me know who I should contact to get this sorted out?

thank you for the very nice call.
I'll look for a solution for you. Since there seems to be no fiber socket installed inside your flat, we have to take care of that. Especially because my system thinks there actually is a socket installed. 😅
You mentioned there were boxes outside the flat? In the staircase or where exactly? If you could provide a photo of what is existing, that would be great. 🙂

Just wanted to let you know that I have received an email today from Telecom to book a time slot for fiber optic socket set-up. I have book an appoinment for the next available date.
Please select a final date on which we can install your fiber optic socket.
Since the number of appointments is limited, please select a date that works for you as soon as possible.
Important: Before scheduling an appointment, please read the enclosed PDF document so you are properly prepared for the appointment and the fiber optic socket can be installed at your desired location.

Hi Louisa,
Following up on my previous message, I wanted to let you know that Vodafone has terminated my contract, even though my Telecom internet connection is not yet active. I have an appointment scheduled with Telekom for 14th November 2025, but until that connection goes live, I’m left without service.
Would you be able to check with Vodafone to see if they can extend the service until next month to ensure uninterrupted internet access?

thanks for the friendly call.
As mentioned I have extended the temporary connection at Vodafone. Your fiber contract should work tomorrow but if there is any problem, I make sure that you have a working internet connection.
