I have 2 active contracts which is i paid for several months. the problem is the old apartment(address) which i didn't even have an access is not being moved to my new apartment. I already paid for 2 times of Umzug but the old apartment contract is still active and i still paid for it. Is there a form or any higher ups i could contact?
