I need a callback in English for my new connection set-up

Hello Telekom Team,

 

I upgraded my contract from MagentaZuhause M to L and trying to set-up my connection but it looks like it's not working.

Also, I returned my old devices, but I am still being charged for them.

If an agent who speaks English can please call me for support.

    Normally there is no need to change anything, including the router.

    Unfortunately you do not tell us anything about the old one and the new one.
