I need a callback in English for my new connection set-up

Hello Telekom Team,

 

I upgraded my contract from MagentaZuhause M to L and trying to set-up my connection but it looks like it's not working.

Also, I returned my old devices, but I am still being charged for them.

If an agent who speaks English can please call me for support.

    Normally there is no need to change anything, including the router.

    Unfortunately you do not tell us anything about the old one and the new one.

    I'm glad I was able to answer all your questions and sort out what happened to your contract upgrade and invoice. 

     

    Long story short:

    You won't be charged for to many devices from the next invoice on.

    And your contract upgrade needs to be a fiber one, because we won't support more DSL at your address.
