I need my access data

Im a new customer I havent gotten any invoices. I cant do online data request either because I cannot find the information needed in the photo attached.
I need the access data to connect my router properly.

I need the access data to connect my router properly.
As a new customer the default customer profile is active. Given that most routers will be able to go online.
Later models of Speedport as well as several Fritzbox models will mostly configure themselves for internet and for fixed telephony, no authentication data required.
Unfortunately you do not mention your router model - for several models in the market it can become a challenge to configure the router properly. Beyond the question of authentication.
For a full usage mainly of the online portal including access to the invoices however the user data is required.
You can request a new set of data in case the original one has not arrived. Either via snail mail or via email.
You can wait here in the forum for a Teamie to take the action - can last a bit, maybe days...

Hello @Duncan25,
I just checked and saw that your router is online now. Did it connect automatically or did you find the data you needed?
If you still need the "Internet Zugangsdaten" for the access to the online customer service, please tell me. I can send them to you by email. First a short phone call will be necessary, for verification.
