Internet connection enabled

Hello, on 26.09.2017 I made an internet contract Magenta S, on 05.10.2017 I received the package with the Smart Speedport router and the connection data, I set the router like in the manual, but i so not have Internet connection. Now I want to know how long my connection is activated, I do not do well with German because of this I wrote in English. Thanks.

      @ctmone

      you should have received a confirmation letter stating the service activation date as well as the information whether a technician will come onsite or not. Routers and credentials are normally sent out a few days before service activation - that might explain, why you don´t have internet right now.

      Hello @ctmone,

      your DSL contract starts today. Can you please start your Speedport router new? Please look to the LED's directyl after the newstart. What makes the Link / DSL Led and the Online LED? Is your PC connected with LAN cable or with WLAN? If don't work can you give us the status via this link: http://speedport.ip/html/login/status.html?lang=de
