Internet connection keeps dropping

Hallo!

 

Since last Friday my internet connection keeps dropping every 20-30 mins

Any help would be appreciated!

    Hi Daryl.

     

    You can initiate a line check right from the Kundencenter -> https://www.telekom.de/hilfe/hilfe-bei-stoerungen/leitungspruefung and report an issue if necessary. You could also call 08003301000, Keyword "Störung" – but many of the operators do not speak German, unfortunately. And Telekom does no longer offer a dedicated English language hotline (which they did in the past).

    Thank you for the help Thomas!

     

    Have initiated a line check with the Kundencenter multiple times and when the line gets reset, the same issues keeps happening again 😥

     

    Have now got a technician coming to look at the issue so hopefully they can help

    As discussed, the technician will come on Friday, 20.09.24 between 9 a.m. and 1 p.m. and look at the malfunction 🙏🏽
