internet disconnects

I have been a user for many years, and it often happens to me that 2 to 3 days a week the internet goes out every 5 minutes. I spent a lot of money on new routers and modems  the problem always comes back. Sometimes there won't be a single interruption for the whole month, but sometimes it's simply unbearable.... the last two days it's been constantly cracking

       Both the hotline and the Telekom team here employ staff who speak English.

     

    - Has a technician already checked the connection?

     

    - Tariff and booked speed?
