Internet is active in telekom router login but no internet connection in phone and laptop.

Hello, I have a problem with my WLAN (Speedport 4 type B). When I logged in my WLAN telekom account and it’s showing that internet connection is active. But, still internet is not working since 4 days. I am trying to connect with my laptop, phone but it’s showing no internet connection. Also, I restarted it few times. 

Could you help me out please?

      could you please confirm that when you press the middle button on the display from your Speedport Smart 4, that it says its working fine. It should look similar to this:

      So you connect to your WLAN?

      If that is the case it looks like something is wrong with the connection and an issue needs to be reported to your ISP .

      Someone from the help team may join the thread but you need to take a bit of patience.

      @Jumpignon Thank you for replying.

       

      I can see that both buttons are green now. And in telkom login screen I can see internet connection is active. Please take a look at the picture.

      It looks like something is wrong with your connection line. The ISP (Telekom?!) needs to be involved. You can wait for someone from Support Team to reply or you can go to this link:

      https://www.telekom.de/hilfe/hilfe-bei-stoerungen?samChecked=true

       

      You can also report the issue via phone:

      +49800 330 1000

      Yes. I think, I need to wait for answer from support team. Because ISP is not responding properly.
