Internet Issues

My internet was working fine today until it was randomly shut off. I made all payments so there is no reason it would be disconnected. Unfortunately now its after hours on a Saturday and I need internet ASAP. Any advice to contact a hotline or anyone can help?

      @Timur K. I want to first thank you,I was finally able to get internet. However Mr.Markus the technician stated the day he install my internet that he didn't have enough time to set up my internet in my living so he install it close to my door. I know in the contract I stated specifically to install the internet to my living room because that would be the best for connection for my throughout my apartment. I don't know if I will be charged extra if I request for a technician to come out again to set it up in the desire location. The internet is decent but could be better if it was relocated.

      Also Mr. Markus the technician stated I had a older model router. He also stated the new router is sold out and wont be in stock till October I believe. Is that true? He said it was a router/modem!  Thats awesome looking forward to receiving one of those.

      I'm happy to hear that you finally have a connection. 😊

       

      The fiber socket is installed up to 3 meters from the door. Anything more would also cost more. 

       

      The router you have should be up-to-date. It should be the Speedport smart 4.

      I just want internet so I can communicate with a sick family member and continue with my College work. I dont want to solely really on my phone Hotspot. Luckily DMSE aka Justin help me get 30 gb of cellular data however from now and Saturday July 27th i already used that 30 gb of data. I need help!

      I have just send new data volume, but please have in mind, that I cannot do that on a daily basis.

      Additionally, I cannot see what answer @Jonas W. got from the special team, so I gave him a wink, and he will be back tomorrow.

      @Johannes P.  Thank you. And I hope I recieve my internet so I dont have to rely on the 30 gb everytime. However until this issue get resolved this is my opinion. Also thank you for letting the superior know about this on going issue. I hope you understand this has been very stressful for me.
