Internet order accepted and failed at the same time?

Hello,
I ordered an internet package with Telekom, and right after ordering installed the MeinMagenta App. I checked the order tracking for the new contract and modem, but it said: Order entered, Order accepted, Order failed, in that order. Does this mean the order is cancelled now? Why did my order fail and how do we fix this?

As discussed I just ordered the MagentaZuhause XL and the Speedport Smart 4 for rent.

sometimes, if an online order fails, my colleagues and I can help and book directly with you. Also, we can have a look at the former order, so we may as well find the reason it failed.
To aid you in your case, just fill out your profile with your customer number and callback number. As soon as you did, just let me know here, so I can call you in your preferred timeframe.

and thank you for the call. 🙂Here is the link which allows you to use your right of withdrawal. It is in German, though, but I am sure a translator will work, because it is not so complicated.
You can go directly to the withdrawal of a landline contract here.

thank you for the nice call. 😊 It is actually the router which you still got charged for. However, there is no need to worry. I've checked the tracking and can see, that the package got returned to us today. So you'll receive a Kündigungsbestätigung within the next couple of days as well as a refund on your next (and last) invoice. 🙏
