ip.block.dt.de DNS - internet is not working
2 years ago
Hello,
Since this morning my internet is not working , I tried to first reset the router , change cable, hard reset the router, try LAN and try WiFi - nothing works.
Then I tried:
- Online automated service , it says that everything is good
- Whatsapp service - nobody is useful
- Phone - I request English support - no one speaks it , I tried 5 times to call, 4 times the person hang up the phone after shouting in German
I dig myself and found that all my requests goes to ip.block.dt.de which seems like my service is blocked ? Which is even more weird because Telekom just charged for the next month.
PLEASE ! HELP !!!!!!

To me it seems that your internet access is blocked, for whatever reason that may be. I'll highlight this thread to the support team, but before I can do that, you need to make sure that both your customer ID and your phone number are stored in your community profile.
This is needed so the support staff can check your account and call you back to discuss the issue in private.
Once you've done that, please leave a note here, I'll then call for the team.

Problem has been solved by the technician that was here today.
The line was deactivated by Telekom, and re-routed to another line in the junction box - a simple switch between the lines solved the problem.
I don’t understand why Telekom suddenly decided to do that and leave me without Internet for 5 days , and obviously this was done remotely so a fix could have been done remotely as well days ago instead of sending a technician, waisting man hours, fuel for the car and a lot of frustration.

I'd rather think a technician accidentially changed your line in the "junction box" on Saturday (that's what I meant with " Verschaltung "),
