Issue with the optic fiber

Dear Telekom Team,

I am writing regarding my fiber optic order.

The fiber installation inside my apartment has already been completed. A technician confirmed that the fiber connection and termination box are installed and physically connected. However, in the Telekom Glasfaser portal, several progress steps are still shown as incomplete, and I have not yet received a confirmed activation date.

I will move into the apartment in 6 days and I urgently require an active internet connection from that date for professional reasons.

Could you please:

- Check the current provisioning / activation status of my fiber connection
- Confirm whether the external network connection and backend activation are completed
- Provide the earliest possible activation date
- Let me know if any additional action or appointment is required from my side or from the property management

Since the physical installation inside the apartment is already finished, I would highly appreciate if the activation could be prioritized.
