LTE- Hybrid: download sehr niedrig, upload sehr hoch

Mein Download ist sehr niedrig maximal 20 Kbit/s. Upload sehr hoch bis 40 Kbit/s. DSl hat einen Anteil von etwa 3 Kbit/s imDownload

und etwa 2 Kbit/s im Upload.

Meine Frage ist, da sich der Dowload in der Nacht nur marginal erhöht ( maximal 22 Kbit/s), ob eine Drosslung seitens der Telekom vorliegt

oder ich ein technisches Problem habe.
