Multifunktionsdrucker an Speedport Pro Plus verwenden

Ich möchte einen Brother DCP-7040 mit meinem Speedport Pro Plus über USB verbinden, so das alle Geräte ihn im Netzwerk verwenden können. Das funktionierte mit dem vorherigen AVM Router 7490 über die Software FRITZ!Box USB-Fernanschluss.

    Eine mit dem USB-Fernanschluss vergleichbare Funktion gibt es beim Speedport Pro (Plus) nicht. Der USB-Anschluss kann nur für Drucker und Festplatten genutzt werden.

     

    Hast Du die Fritz!Box noch? In dem Fall könntest du sie im IP-Client-Modus hinter dem Speedport als USB-Server weiternutzen.

    Ja, habe ich noch.

    Aber eigentlich wollte ich eben diese ersetzen.

    Übrigens mit der Festplatte ist das ähnlich. Die Bedienungsanleitung der Telekom ist da auch zu dürftig.

    Bei den Speedport-Routern kannst du die USB-Ports nur über eine Freigabe erreichen, das ist aber noch SMBv1, d.h. Windows und andere Systeme müssen dafür extra konfiguriert sein (default ist off, Apple kann es in den neuesten Versionen gar nicht mehr).

    Abend, der Brother hat doch einen Lan-Anschluss. Ich habe meine Multifunktionsgerät auch über ein Netzwerkkabel verbunden.

    Funktioniert problemlos.

Use of Utiq technology powered by your telecom operator
