Hallo,

 

bei uns wurde eine OctopusFX installiert. Eigentlich sind da auch myPortal smart Lizenzen bei nur:

 

a. Wo liegt das Setup? Auf der Octopus?

b. Wo sind ggf. Lizenzinformationen ?

 

Der Techinker hat nichts dazu gesagt und auf den Rückruf deS Octopus-Supports warte ich jetzt schon geschlagene 20h.

      Techniker hat gerade angerufen.

       

      Ist so wie ich dacht. Liegt auf der Anlage selbst. Könnte man auch mal in die myPortal Samrt Anleitung reinschreiben.
