Hello here,
Todays morning Internet was gone because of cable problem, it was resolved somehow in two hours or so, hooray. I've called Telekom Notruf and robot told me they working on it, I also booked "call you back" to talk with technician about when it can be solved.
Then suddenly I've got Telekom email about new Auftrag for Magenta L, although I haven't done any inquiries. My kundencenter shows my current contract, Magenta M, running well into 2024.
How do I terminate that new Auftrag, keeping my current one Magenta M intact?
