The fiber optic modem is online and active, but in addition to the fiber optic modem, you need a router that you connect to the fiber optic modem in order to use the Internet connection.

Hello,
I installed the Router (model: Tplink Archer AX18 AX1500 Giga Wi-Fi 6) and connected to the modem via WAN. The light on the modem is solid, the light on the router of the WiFi is green, but the Internet light is orange, meaning it doesn't receive internet connectivity ?

With TP Link routers, you have to enter the access data into the router manually. 👍🏽

Telekom fiber (and DSL for that matter) are a little quirky as they not only require PPPoE dialup but also requires the connection to run on VLAN7.
TP-Link have a tutorial on their website where they explain how to set this up with their routers.

Hi @roccolore,
Can you tell what model router you are using? Also, what color does the LED on the Glasfasermodem 2 show? Does it light up solid or does it blink?
