No internet access - New Contract

Hello, I have the following problem, today (24.06.2022) my old internet connection was deactivated and when I connected the new Telekom router, shows that there is internet connection, but, I don't have it!.

I don't know what I need to do to solve this issue.

Now I'm connected to the internet using my mobile phone as a hotspot.

I hope that someone could help me as soon as possible.

    Does your router have a DSL diagnostics page? If so, can you post a screenshot of that page?

     

    It would also be helpful if you could name the router make and and model you are using.
