No Internet connection, despite new contract already started

Hi ! 

I received new connection device on 26th October and I have received Speed port Plus which I have connected to existing line at my home. My contract has already been started on 31st October 2022. But still I do not have active internet in the device. Also I have not yet received my letter stating the date on which connection would be active. I presume since my contract started 31st October 2022, my connection should be up now.  

 

If any one have idea, please help. 

Request to Telekom employee to kindly look into this matter urgently and provide support.

    Hi Sören

     

    Yes, now my connection is up and active. 

    I scheduled a technician visit today and after his visit it is active now. 

     

    There was wiring connection issue at Telekom Distribution box, because of which I has no active internet in my router earlier. 

    But now it is active.
