No internet connection

Hello Telekom,

 

It’s been two days my home Internet connection is not working at all. Can you please help me out to resolve this issue? I can share my WiFi router details if you need.

      You can run a quick check on your connection here. If the check fails, you can also report an issue online via the site. Unfortunately, it's German language only, however it is quite simple and straight forward.

       

      Please post here if you have any difficulties with the process, I will then highlight this thread to the support team.

      Hello,

      The issue has been resolved. I had to change my DSL cable. I appreciate all your help and support. Thank you and have a nice day.!!
