No Internet for 5 days - Kein Internet seit 5 tagen

I live In west Hamburg and I have no DSL internet since 5 days (Sunday). I called T-Mobile. First their English hot line is NOT WORKING and no one wants to speak English with me. After several attempts my had to call on my behalf. I arranged an appointment on Monday 2 Nov but just before the appointment time, I get a sms that the issue will be fixed and no need to come to my house. 5 days later, NOTHING HAPPENED. I called again and they say ok we will come and check on Saturday. What kind of service is this? How can it be that I have to wait for this period for internet to be fixed in the middle of big city like Hamburg? The other problem is that I have no mobile network in my house and so cannot get 4G either from Telekom or any other service provider. I can't receive calls and sms related to my kids school for example. Oil have to be outside the house to get reception. I have health issue and hence cannot risk leaving home because of Corona. I am forced to take 1 week off from work because I cannot work from home office. The internet is not a luxury and it is not acceptable to wait this long to be fixed. Who is going to bear all these costs and forced no work for a week

    please excuse my late response.

    As @UlrichZ wrote before, I also ask you to please save your customer data to your profile, would you?

    That way, I can call you on your mobile, do a short legitimation using your customer number and afterwards find out about your connection.

    Please give me a feedback here after saving your data, would you?

Use of Utiq technology powered by your telecom operator


We, Telekom Deutschland GmbH, use the Utiq technology for digital marketing or analytics (as described on this consent notice) based on your browsing activity across our websites, listed here (only if you are using a supported internet connection provided by a participating telecom operator and consent on each website).
