No internet

I have just got post with my internet access data, and my router(speedport) says that I am online, but I have no internet at all, I have tried WLAN and Lan, and still no internet, I also have tried to reboot it, no internet, I also have tried to manually put internet access data into speedport admin panel but it stell not work,

What I am doing wrong?

      Hi Serhii,

       

      What contract do you have and when was your line supposed to be activated according to the order confirmation (Auftragsbestätigung)?

       

      Where does the router tell you that it is online? Could you post a screenshot of the overview page of the SpeedPort's admin interface?

      @Serhii Liesnikov Is the networ connection on the clients okay, are you able to connect to the router's web ui at http://speedport.ip?

      You might want to delete the last screen as it shows your full address.

      the screenshot you shared is the order confirmation, yes.

      So everything is supposed to work tomorrow.

       

      I will now delete the screenshot.

      As @lejupp wrote, it contains your address.

      @Serhii Liesnikov The last screenshot shows that your connection is due to be enabled tomorrow, unfortunately this means that the system will not turn on your connection before that date, even if everything else is set and ready to go.

       

      The other screenshots show that your router does have an IPv4 address but since the line is not enabled, it is firewalled in a way that you cannot connect to sites on the internet yet.

       

      Also, your router is on a very old firmware version, however I guess it will update itself once it gets access to the internet (i.e. tomorrow),
