No order confirmation email for DSL

Hi,

 

I apply DSL(internet) order a week ago and I was informed that order confirmation email will be sent to me with the technician appointment date. 

However, after a week, I haven't received any email from T-telekom. I tried to check with "CHAT" but was told that I should contact HotLine which is not reachable for hours.

 

How can I check the order status and when will be the technician appointment date? And what should I do to receive the email ?

    Hello @pajarillo85 and sorry for the late reply.

    I have already informed the technical department about this issue.
    The reason, why you haven't gotten a confirmation yet, is because we don't know when we can "plug you in" essentially.
    I will get back to you as soon as I got some new information.

    Sorry for the delay in messages.
    The construction team will now focus on recovering the demarcation point to ensure, that a connection will work.

    Hi Nico B,

     

    Does that mean without contact my landlord, there is no way to get the internet service from T-telekcom?

    If yes, please could you help me to cancel this order? I already got delivered router, and the order which is combined with this internet order(applied cell-phone discount for purchasing internet service together).
