Non customer service

I have tried twice to call the English speaking hotline and have held for 25 minutes each time.
There is no way of me contacting them as I don't yet have a contract number although I have a customer number.How can I get in touch with them...in order to cancel my order due to horrific customer service?

For an easy clarification, plse complete
under Profile Settings (“Profil”) - My Settings (“Meine Einstellungen”)
your customer no. (“Kundennummer”) and your cellular phone number (“Rückrufnummer”)
(unless already done).

These data can be read only by you and the
Telekom employees.
So that a direct communication is much easier.
Request for short entry as soon as your data are stored
by means of the “Answer button” (“Antworten”).
