Hello,

 

Order number: ***********

 

I received an email yesterday confirming my order. Can you please guide me on what will happen next? In particular:

 

1. When can I expect to receive the Speedport Plus Pro modem? 

2. My requested appointment date is 07.06.2022. The email says that Telekom will verify the request and send me a written confirmation. When can I expect to receive the confirmation? Will it be by email or post?

 

Pardon me if I sound hasty. I would appreciate any information you can provide regarding my order.

      Hello @Tejas Kale,

       

      I can see that the confirmation of the order with the activation date was sent to you today by email. So I guess your question has been answered already.

      🙂

       

      The Hybrid LTE option will be activated with the tariff.

      Can you please check about the status of the router that I have ordered? My internet installation is scheduled on June 10 but I have received no communication yet about the delivery of the router.
