Plötzliche netflix Premium Buchung im vertrag

  1. Habe soeben eine sms von der Telekom bekommen dass die Option netflix Premium gebucht wurde. Ich habe dies nicht in Auftrag gegeben. Wie kann sowas passieren und wie kann ich es schnellstmöglich wiederrufen? Gruß
