Ready to surf & Line-ID

After entering the Line ID number from connection info and my order number into Ready to Surf, it says that there have been too many attempts and I am not able to try again. I'm certain that the information provided was correct. Is it possible that someone could still help me to report the Line ID, and save me waiting for the technician appointment?

If reading the line ID was not successful, it is always a good idea to make an appointment with a technician. You also want a stable and functioning internet connection. Hence my tip: Wait for the technician.

I am very pleased to inform you that due to the line ID, we were able to bring forward the activation day to tomorrow, 16.08.24 🙌🏽 There is no longer any need for a technician appointment and the line will be automatically activated by our system tomorrow by 1pm at the latest.
