Receiving invoice after contract cancellation

Hello
After one week of my application I sent an cancellation e-mail to telekom and they respond for confirmation of the canceled order.
But today I got an invoice e-mail title " Ihre Telekom Festnetz-Rechnung November 2021" with € 15.21
What is that invoice about, why I have to pay it 🙁.

@agitoktay the invoice has already been issued! But it will be refunded to you again!

So I assume that after I pay invoice I will automatically got refund.

@Gadich already told how it usually works. Just to make sure, that everything works fine, please fill in you customer data in your profile and give me little hint in this thread. I'll call you and we will check together if everything is fine.
