Dear Telekom team,
I applied for a fiber internet connection on April 23, and the modem surprisingly arrived earlier than expected, on April 25. However, I was informed that the activation link is scheduled to be sent on April 29, based on the estimated delivery date of the modem. I couldn’t help but smile at this situation. Would it be possible to speed up this process? Since I already have the modem, getting the internet connection up and running sooner would be really helpful for me. Thank you in advance for your support.
