Speedport Smart 2 connected to internet but no wifi connection.

Apologies I do not speak german. My Speedport Smart 2 connected to the internet but there is no wifi connection. I reset the modem and turned off the power but the issue is not resolved. Both the WLAN and Status have white lights. I tested the speed through the DSL Help app and received an error. Can someone please help?

Hi Anna, your colleague came over and resolved the issue earlier today. Internet was working when I left the flat, but let me know if you see anything different on your side.
The fault was due to incorrect wiring outside the building.
