Support in English is not possible

Hi! I am trying to get support from Telekom to answer my questions about my new contract. But it's been really hard to find someone to speak English to get some help.

I ordered fiber optic internet for my new apartment, but the connection to my building is not ready yet. My doubt is that I don't know if I will get normal DSL internet before the full fiber optic connection is done. I really need the internet in my flat as soon as possible.

Should I just order a normal DSL connection? It will be upgraded to fiber optic after it is available for us?
