Support in English is not possible

Hi! I am trying to get support from Telekom to answer my questions about my new contract. But it's been really hard to find someone to speak English to get some help.

I ordered fiber optic internet for my new apartment, but the connection to my building is not ready yet. My doubt is that I don't know if I will get normal DSL internet before the full fiber optic connection is done. I really need the internet in my flat as soon as possible.

Should I just order a normal DSL connection? It will be upgraded to fiber optic after it is available for us?

      Hi @Jonas W. Today the internet was installed but I don't have the router. In the contract with Fiber Optic, I choose to rent the router from Telekom. 

       I tried to go to a Telekom physical store in the city center but they said to me that I could only purchase the router (not rent) for this DSL internet contract. And also, if I purchase the router it would be not possible to cancel the rent of my Fiber Optic contract.

      They told me to solve my problems online since I contracted online :(

      Hello @user_e42a76,

      I have now removed the router from your fibre expansion order. To complete said removal I had to resend the e-mail regarding the fibre expansion order. Nothing else has changed about your order. 
      We will await the contract change with the router for tomorrow. Once that one has been completed by our system I can roll back the unwanted contract change, and you will keep the router.
