I had initially taken a Telekom Home L contract from Verivox of which they mentioned a technician would come for installation. Later on the day of installation, no technician showed up and upon contacting the customer support they mentioned I had to do the installation by myself.
I managed to complete the installation and received a line ID number which I provided to customer support via Magenta App. After a few days I noticed in the app there were two active contracts for Magenta Home L.
I contacted customer support many times and after the continuous back and forth they canceled one of the contracts. Now the issue arises is they canceled the contract from Verivox which was associated with cashback offer which I really want. However, now upon contacting customer support they mention now no cashback is possible.
This being an issue from Telekom's side should be resolved and I should receive the cashback. Can you please help me in this regard?

There is nothing that the Team can do.
If the contract is canceled or modified by Telekom there is no cashback for partners like verivox, check24, ...

Since the contract was modified or cancelled by the Telekom customer service, it should also be amended somehow. Furthermore, I never consented to having the second contract at all it all arose due to the initial issue of the technician not showing up and being forced to make the connection by myself.
Additionally the website still mentions cashback offers and credit for customers who ordered it online.

There should not be an issue with that cashback from telekom directly that you can access through the MeinMagenta App.
But the Cashback from Verivox is gone.
