Telekom sent a contract without my consent

6 months ago, I applied for a Telekom connection. But because of infastructure problems it didn't happen. Time to time I got calls from Telekom shops about if I want an installation appointment and start a new contract. I'm saying I already signed a contract with an other provider so I don't need it. Then they say okay we noted that down, after a week or more another shop is calling about same thing. Today was different, a guy called and said my landlord already agreed for just an infastructure installation. So we need to create an appointment. I said okay if I don't need to pay anything. But after he created an appointment, I instantly got a contract in my email. I believe this is a scam and I have no idea how they can send a contract without my consent. How can I cancel this?

Unless Telekom has cancelled your order meanwhil then this was the entry point for a binding contract.

However I do not have insight in your case - whether your complaint is with reason or due to an error on your side.

but I didn't agree to something like order now, get 6 months later. After I ordered they sent me an email saying something like we can't process your order but we are expanding our infastructure. 5 months later Telekom started to build infastracture in my neighboorhood then I started to get calls. All of the calls ended with okay we will inform Telekom and remove your data. Then actual order email with 11-digit order number arrived today after this shady guy's call.
