Telekom unwilling to terminate my contract

I've tried to cancel my current contract with Telekom because they can't provide the same service at my new address . I've sent over 5 emails and 4 of the termination forms . To which I didn't receive a single answer to this day . I'm also not really excited about calling support as no operator was actually any helpful . Is there any way I could schedule the termination through chat or a direct message ? As mentioned above the process in which many things are too complicated to do I simply want to terminate it as soon as possible.

How much time has passed in between? How long has it been since the last form?

I've checked my email from which I sent the requests every day . The last cancelation request that was sent about 2 weeks ago . I've tried calling support but wasn't able to connect to an English speaking operator . It's been a pain to get this worked out as I would have loved to continue Telekom Services but the circumstances don't allow that for me unfortunately. I've filled out the German termination forms in my best ability with Google translate and hit send . After that there was no communication back ,confirmation email or anything.

@Michael Paulen Did you really order the change and receive a valid 'sorry we can#t' or do you rely on the online availabilty check ?
How long is the remaining minimum contrac period of your current contract?

The contract is till the date of January 2025 and I've spoken and chatted with multiple operators that I've tried to schedule a move of the service . To which I was informed that the Glasfaser service isn't available at the new address and that the only available is 16mb/s . The online check and multiple operators both claimed and told me that the service is indeed not available.

Damit ein Teamie Dich kontaktieren kann fülle bitte die Felder bei "Kundendaten für den Kundenservice" aus: https://telekomhilft.telekom.de/t5/user/myprofilepage/tab/personal-profile Im Feld "Weitere Informationen" bitte noch reinschreiben zu welchen Uhrzeiten man Dich kontaktieren darf heute oder die nächsten Tage. Falls es sich um einen bestehenden Vertrag handelt, dann halte bitte auch die letzten sechs Ziffern Deiner IBAN bereit, die werden im Telefonat abgefragt. (Ich selbst hab diese sechs Ziffern einfach noch bei "Weitere Informationen" reingeschrieben)
Short translation: fill https://telekomhilft.telekom.de/t5/user/myprofilepage/tab/personal-profile and do state when a Teamie may call you today or one of the next days. Be prepared to have the last digits of your IBAN for authentication purposes.
Doing so you may expect to have an English speaking Teamie on the phone.

Du beantragst einfach einen Umzug nach TAG bei der Telekom an der Hotline und wenn der nicht 1:1 mit Deinem Tarif möglich ist, bekommst Du ein Sonderkündigungsrecht eingeräumt.
