What i need to do to Terminate contract Before i receive the order ?

    Don't cancel, just revoke.

    When the official order confirmation comes, then use the contact form here. Termination means after 24 months of term. Cancellation within 14 days of receiving the order confirmation

    ok i got there so after i recive order confirmation the code   The order number 11-digit sequence of numbers or has the format xxxxxx-PSM-xxxxxx-x. 

    i complecte the revoke at the link you provided  and all is ok ?

    Have you received an official order confirmation? I don't mean the confirmation of receipt. If you use the link you will receive a confirmation of receipt to revoke your consent. Processing the cancellation takes approximately 2-3 weeks.

    In order to cancel, you will need to fill out the form in the link above.

     

    The whole order, including the visit from a technician, will then be cancelled.
